The Cinema Audience Report provides buyers and sellers of cinema advertising (either rolling stock or digital commercials) with the information they need to plan and track media buys. The report tracks the number of people who went to the movies during the measurement period and provides the demographic make-up of that audience.
The reports also convert the gross audience figures into "gross cinema points," which are akin to TV's gross rating points however, gross cinema points can be grouped by age appropriate ratings using the movie industry's MPAA audience rating system in addition to being tabulated by key demographics.
